Peterhoff

(Grand Palace* and Lower Park with Fountain ensembles)

This Tour includes the visit to one of the oldest summer residences of Romanoffs, situated on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. It was started by Peter the Great in 1705. He was inspired by the beauty of Versailles, but managed to create even more fascinating architectural and fountain ensembles. This is surely one of the most impressive sites in the world to visit!!

Itinerary:

We will pick you up from your hotel and bring you to the city of Peterhoff (situated about 25 miles away from St. Petersburg). There we will visit:
1) the Grand Palace of Peter the Great
and then
2) we will have a nice walk around the Lower Park where all the most beautiful fountain ensembles are.
After that we will go back to the city and bring you to your hotel or leave you at any place in the city center.

*Please, note that Grand Palace is closed on Mondays and last Tuesdays of the month. On these days we can offer you to visit one of the minor Royal Palaces in the Lower Park.
